(08.16.13)
Here are the first results. Even the greate American Muslim Prof. Khalidy could not envision all this. Obama policies turning Egypt against U.S. (Washington Free Beacon) Pro-military Egyptians want to shift to a Russian alliance.
3. Disgusted.
Hypocrites ,   Israel   (08.16.13)
As police and military officials disperse pro-Morsi sit-ins, the media is MUM about the increasing number of Coptic churches around Egypt which have been destroyed. No one mentions the deaths of these non-Muslims. No one calls them martyred. Just because they are not Muslim, they are being slaughtered and their churches torched. This is MB fight for freedom? Murder, rape and destruction?

15.  a Marxist view
ky   (08.16.13)
I notice that the left and progressive forces in Egypt have come out strongly for the people to rally on the streets and defend the anti Morsi regime. A theoretical Marxist analysis would make sense here. The situation is riddled with contradictions. The Morsi government whilst voted for by the majority cannot be democratic by its very nature. as it represents only one religion in a nation of many strands. Would Obama have defended the democratic elected Hitler government of 1933 had it been faced with insurrection.? The nature of Islam is in direct conflict to dialectic materialism and the eventual outcome, should the Islamists triumph, will be the total elimination of the progressives. Basically its a fight for survival. Western governments appeasement is pure humbug as they would only do the same when faced with violent disorder which threatens their power.
16. Obama is at fault for this mess.
Yanky Pipchick ,   Baltimore   (08.16.13)
He stabbed Mubarak in the back and placed Morsi in. Obama supports Islamic crazies. Now the chickens are coming home to roost
17. Thanks OBama

Your anarchy is working
18. Obama is a blundering idiot
zionist forever   (08.16.13)
He was very quick to ouster the long standing American ally Mubarak. He then refused to call the army coup to get rid of Morsi a coup, if he had spoken out in condemnation of the army immediately after it happened he may have opened the door to negotiations. Instead he allowed the army to carry out this coup say nothing whilst the coup led to minor uprisings with supporter of the Morsi even when people were being killed as a result of these clashes. Even now the military are making a crackdown and martial law is being enforced all Obama does is cancel a wargame to show his displeasure and right now. The military would probably have canceled it themselves because they have bigger problems like enforcing marshal law. If Obama wanted to make an effprt to solve this now he would agree the coup was a coup which means that he is LEGALLY OBLIGATED to suspend aid it would make the military sit up and take notice and he could secretly behind the scenes tell Morsi and other senior members of the MB lets find a diplomatic solution here before things get worse. Obama loved diplomatic solutions but all he does is close the door to diplomacy and leave it to the mobs and military to solve violently. The man is a fool who has created an international image of America the paper tiger and nobody fears a paper tiger.

Yet another troll. Issuing multiple inflammatory oneliners at an Israeli site with the hope of getting reactions is a very good way to make one look a little stupid. And unemployed. How are things in Kurdistan and Northern-Cyprus, numbnuts? Your worthless efforts are better directed elsewhere. Oh, by the way, no one here will ever be remotely interested in which Arabs you regard as your brethren, considering that you and your brethren are only and exclusively adept in killing each other off in bouts of inbred, infantile, and murderous hysteria. Your entire region and is a laughable charade, a tragicomedy, with the exeption of the State of Israel, the only accomplishment in the Middle-East. How you must hate it. It makes you look desperately stupid in comparison, doesn't it? Now you can return to servicing a goat. Or a camel, whatever rocks your boat.
20. namless #2, #12, #17
emanon ,   USA   (08.16.13)
Undoubtedly all the same person. Can you cite your sources for these unfounded words? No. I did not think so. Oh by the way, if you had prefaced these unfounded remarks with the disclaimer "It is my opinion . . ." or "I believe . . " I would leave you alone to your own delusions, but to present them as facts puts you squarely in the terrorstinian's camp with the lies they spread about Israel and Jews.
21. i was hoping against hope....
les ,   canada   (08.16.13)
the the united states can survive 3 more years of obma. (who i really like as a person, not as president). i know there are a lot of dead beats surounding him, but at the end: the buck stops on his desk. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE USA!

Make sure you write your will before you go to Gaza....that is if you own anything at all ;-).
23. to Atilla Kara....
ALTINEL ,   ISTANBUL   (08.16.13)
As you say in #5 #6 #7, try to fight on your own in Istanbul, and try to save at least your pantees, because your ruler is already doing what you can guess. You are already been f...d, and still show your hate with Gaza. Go and fight now coward, not one day, but better to have a drink at yhe lobby of Hilton. Even the Arabs have more courage than people showing of in Gezi park.
24. And I say: Down with Muslim Brotherhood rule !
Barbara ,   Haifa Israel   (08.16.13)
And give full support for the Egyptian military to get Egypt back on its legs - it will take time, and will be very difficult (as we now see) - but that which is not difficult cannot be appreciated.
25. Support Al Sisi...He's the only hope!
Koose E Mack ,   NY USA   (08.16.13)
Unfortunately, to make an omelette, eggs have to be broken. The pro Morsi scumbags were warned not to protest and not to assemble in violent demonstrations..... Al Sisi, is the head of a moderate faction of educated Egyptians that want a seperation of Mosque and State. The Moderates are the only hope for a stable and productive Middle East. Islamo Crazies like the Muslim Scumbaghood will advance their cause and destabilize the area.....The US, Israel, and the West need a stable non Caliphate Govt. in Egypt. As usual, Obama screwed up his foreign policy again. G-d help us if Al Sisi turns to Russia or China for financial and military support
26. Sorry, this is Obama's fault too!
Rickey ,   NY, NY   (08.16.13)
Let's remember that when President Mubarak was in office for over 30 years, although he wasn't perfect, things between Egypt & Israel, and within Egypt itself, was quiet. Let's remember who took an ally of the U.S. and threw him under the bus, asking Mubarak to step down. Yup, President Obama!
27. No change of government is...
robert ,   antwerp belgium   (08.16.13)
going to get Egypt out of the economic mess it is in. Today a 100 million people. In 30 years a 150 million. A big percentage of analphabets, no industry to speak of...
