The Health Ministry launched a Polio vaccine project in Israel's south on Monday, but according to reports, Bedouin residents had nowhere to turn. Polio is a terrible disease, but Government should have given full and trustworthy information before deciding to push the whole country to receive the inoculation. One wonders if the suppliers and marketers of the vaccine have an interest here?

It is simple, if children can not prove that they are vaccinated they should not be allowed to attend school or Gan due to the threat they present to other children. Anecdotal internet stories do not excuse public health concerns when a real and present threat exists.
