Lebanon's sovereignty has been undermined for years by Assad & Hezbollah. The Lebanese succeeded in chasing Assad's troops out of the Lebanon but unfortunately, Hezbollah (Syria's right arm / proxy) did not go with them. They remained to exercise authority over Lebanon on behalf of Syria and the Lebanese people seem incapable of dislodging them and consigning them to the garbage. That is where Lebanon's sovereignty is being undermined to this day - the iron fist of Assad wielded by Hezbollah over the Lebanese people.
