The United States / European Union must bring this matter to the U.N. and a WORLD COALITION (including China and Russia) have to decide on a course of action. Continued investigation is necessary to determine if the orders for the apparent chemical attack came from the top or a lower level commander. The U.S. must NOT go it alone.
