Israel has the right to build in its own land. The British empire devided the palestinian province in 2 parts - 1 Jewish part and 1 arab part. The jewish part - The Jewish homeland with the borders from west of the Jordan river to the Medetiranean sea and the arab part from the east of the Jordan river and the rest of the palestinian province. These decisions are the San Remo agreements from 1922 done after the Ottoman empire break down after WWI. Since the agreements and decisions done at San Remo by the League of Nations the arabs have faught against it with different means.
