1. International laws, ethics... once fascists always fascists.
Miron ,   USA   (08.26.13)
2. What will a strike against Syria produce?
A ,   Belgium   (08.26.13)
More dead Syrians (and possibly "coalition" members), while they are doing a fine of job of taking care of that themselves. No one should get involved in the mess that the Syrians have created for themselves and which they should solve for themselves, ESPECIALLY the glory-hungry Oblabla.
3. Syria
Walid ,   Spain   (08.26.13)
An intervention is overdue and should be targeted to clean up the terrorists of the region; Assad, Hezbollah, Iran and Hamas. Any soft action will discredit the West and its Arab allies and will cause more terror in the near future.
4. And will the war mongers attack..
Chris.B ,   Australia   (08.26.13)
the jihadis If it is found they are responsible for the use of CW in Syria? No chance because they are funding and helping them.Seems the Imperalists never can let go of the past fortunately their citizens want no part in it.
5. Assad is Obama's ally
jkb0688@cox.net ,   Fredericksburg, USA   (08.26.13)
Obama will take no action to hurt his ally Assad. Without Assad, Hezbollah cannot survive and Obama needs Hezbollah and their many rockets to hold to Israel's throat.
6. 3 Walid, well said
CJK   (08.26.13)
iran definitely must be dealt with.
7. Walid you've said a mouthfull
Ronald Dawkins ,   Hampton, Va.   (08.26.13)
"Assad, Hezbullah, Iran and Hamas", oh what a better world this would be without these.
8. @ 5 you are a fool...
Sheik Rattle & Roll ,   USA   (08.26.13)
Obama/US funded a significant portion of the iron dome. Also when Israel and Hezbollah went toe to toe in 2006 the US aided Israel significantly. Blame the Israeli government for allowing Hezbollah to amass these missiles in the first place. You people are delusional. You blame the US for everything,]
9. Hey, Cameron!
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (08.26.13)
Lend-lease is over. If you want to salvage something out of that sewer that is Syria, go for it. You were quick enough to mobilize against the Argentinians in the Malvinas. Well -- do your thing. Don't look for anyone else to help you. Me, personally? Reagan was wrong not to invoke the Monroe Doctrine. We should have backed the Argentinians. I think I'd rather see British blood spilled in Syria than American blood. Remember Sykes-Picot? Gather up France and the two of you can go fix your own incredible folly.
10. Sarah B Well said. Good to see your postings.

11. #3 PLEASE SEND SPANISH SOLDIERS
Iranian Jew ,   LA   (08.27.13)
FIRST. You can get together with your friends, Britain and France and finish the job on your own. Get your Suadi queen too. He sure has billions of USA weapons. The world wants to see USA weakened while they have no one that can take control of the world. USA should not get involved. This is a bait to get us into another trouble. The world has left is empty handed in Afghanistan, and they want us to clean up the mess again. No, thank you!
12. #9 "We should have backed the Argentinians".
Robert ,   Australia   (08.27.13)
What do you mean "Should have?" - you did, just as many Americans backed IRA terrorists and Hitler. Also, Cameron is looking to put together a coalition. Do you have a problem with comprehension?
13. A good test for the US bunker busting bomb
ltrail ,   United States   (08.29.13)
Now is a good time for all Syrian military commanders, and Russian technicians to go and seek shelter in the deepest Syrian command-and-control center. Then when it's good and ready, the US can lob its bunker busting bomb deep into the ground and annihilate the command center.

15. Number 9. Allies
Danny ,   London England   (09.01.13)
The American media rarely seem to mention it, but hundreds of Brirtish solders have died along side their American comrades in Afghanistan and Iraq. Tony Blair was so pro-American that Brits saw him as Bush's vice president.
16. Number 3 Intervention
Joseph ,   London UK   (09.01.13)
Target Assad, Hezbollah, Iran, Hamas? Britain and France no longer rule the Middle East and trying to take over Syria, Iran and Lebanon [Hazbollah] would lead to a regional conflagration, compounded by Egypt's fragile balance. The UN and the Arab League should take care of Assad, and Hamas, Iran and Hezbollah.
17. Trust Cameron?
Sherlock Holmes ,   London England   (09.01.13)
After David Cameron pushed through male on male marriage in place of civil partnerships, many will never trust Cameron again. He should now step down, having lost the confidence of Parliament in his haste to attack Syria in support of rebel terrorists.
