It seems one more time a US and Russia conflict. It explains why France and Britain are back tracking. But what to expect from them !

i wonder what that's for? sounds like less to do with Syria and more to do with Israel!

The conflict is now over 2 yrs old, and we still hearing voices hoping for a miracle. Over 100,000 have died, many innocent children,. The use of wepons against civioians and gas, is illegal under intl law, which means mothig to Syrias friends. This is a portent of things to come, as the 34d world becomes more crowded and obtains WMD ( Syria, Iran, etc.). Recall, Israel had to take out its nuke reactor...as well as Iraq. What if? Russia is playing its game..keeping the West at bay, improving its image in the Muslim world, and trying to become another super power. But if the USA runs tail every time Russia barks, we have lost any credability as a nation, and will pay for it elswehte, Korea, the Pales conflict, So. America. etc. Britain is playing with words...again. They know Syria is violating every law possible..and its a power play between Assads people and the Sunnis. 2 day strike by the US and France will destroy Syrias offensive abilities.,.and make them think twice before using gas. RE: Israel, if attacked, with missiles or regular weapons on a large scale as threatened, move to the norht Golan Hts, into Kuneitra, Place artillery and fwd air bases there..for a possible strike against Assad in depth. Either way, Israel loses. If Iran gets involved..take out Hamas/Hez first then consider nuking 22 sites in Iran, low yield 15t bombs, or bunker busters, combined with smart bombs. I like the idea of the US using Stealths and Tomahawk Missiles from afar on Syria..no boots on the ground. Maybe combined with a no fly zone? Assad started it, just as Japan did in 41,,,,he arroused a sleeping tiger if we become proactive. Go for it and dismiss the naysayers and Assad lovers who condone killng children., if not their children.

So the UK, France, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Jordan spend the last two years hammering us to hit Assad, and now that we're apparently about to finally do something, the Arab League and Jordan claim to be against it, the French balk, and Parliament shuts down Cameron... why am I not the least bit surprised?

Again, theUN is going to hinder any justice. It's what they do best.

The British PM, Cameron is turning out to be the modern day Neville Chamberlain, to appease under lame excuses to the murderers of innocent children by lethal gas. Or, he is trying to appease his domestic muslim contituent and to the hell with the civilians in Syria? Talk about the fate in humanity coming from Great Britain...

As we stand before Rosh Hashanah please remember Israel in your prayers for the new year. There are no non believers in the foxholes. My son who is stationed on the front is unreachable and he will not be home for the holidays. Every single soldier in Israel who stands on guard deserves our hopes, best wishes and prayers.
