5. #1: So you would condone the killing of 16 Afghan citizens?
Dee Bee ,   The Galilee, Israel   (09.03.13)
This deal does more damage to Israel than all the B'Tzelem and Peace Now activists put together! This man is an Lieutenant Colonel in the IDF who let his rage get out of control and assaulted and unarmed man who was exercising his right, the same right that the Palestinian activists who incite hatred against Jews and Israel in the United States, FREEDOM OF SPEECH and the right to protest! No evidence ahs been brought forward by the IDF or other soldiers which could have justified his actions. This a another disgrace which can only play into the hands of those who hate Israel and who look for ammunition to vilify our country.

Birdi ,   Israel   (09.04.13)
Do you really know what the Danish idiot activist & his friends were trying to do when Eisener hit him? They were blocking a road which Eisner & his men were ordered to clear. There is an article on Arutz 7 with much more info about this case, I suggest you read it. Btw, Eisner's hand was broken by the activists. Eisner's ''end of army service'' looks good for Denmark!
7. # 5 (PS)

9. We are going to loose one of our best officers, only because
Jehudah Ben-Israel ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (09.04.13)
a person who entered the country illegally, and while here sought to assist those whose eagerness to bring Israel's demise is their first priority in life - the second is to see to it that the ancestral homeland of the Jewish people is "cleansed" of its Jews. Shame on all of us for permitting such people to enter the country and indirectly dictate to us how to govern our affairs here.
10. Question for Bib and his cabinet?
Anshel ,   Canada   (09.04.13)
Does releasing Palestinians with blood on their hands has a place in the State Israel. I don't think so, Israel is the only country I know that is doing such immoral deals. Bibi should kiss Lt. Colonel Eisner's hands for putting his life in danger and allowing him to serve the country with his hands tied. Do I see the Danes and the Palestinians protesting and blocking the roads around Damascus and other cities. while over 100,000 Syrians were killed in the past 2 years. I don't think so, since the Syrian soldiers would struck a bullet to their faces....
11. Obey the laws of other Countries or Stay Home !!
Abraham ben Jacob ,   Canada   (09.04.13)
In any country, you should respect the laws of the land and certainly obey police instructions or orders. Most peaceful people would never go to a foreign country and agitate and provoke the police to the point of confrontation. Stay home otherwise !!
12. The motto of the IDF Officers' Training school
Elad Lending ,   Yahel, Israel   (09.04.13)
comes from Judges 7-17: And he said to them, “Look at me, and do likewise. When I come to the outskirts of the camp, do as I do." I'm glad Colonel Eisner will not be in command there, or anywhere else for that matter. He got off easy and he knows it.
13. He is human...

17. Next war is going to be funny.
Uzziel   (09.04.13)
Every Israeli soldier will be handed a 20 years suspended (hopefully) sentence for defending the country. Why is the article not mentioning that this mean and coward SOB broke the hand of Eisner? Shame on the top brass of the IDF for allowing such a treatment of a patriot.
18. Our IDF mantra

26. #5 Eisener sent a great message
Benji ,   US   (09.04.13)
Think twice about looking for trouble in Israel. The so called "activist" blocks the road to intentionally mess with the IDF and waited to film the provocation. You should really be more concerned about the IDF than foreign pests.
27. Answer the question honestly
Tom W ,   USA   (09.04.13)
Do you think that this emasculated, Pol.Corr. army will fight with the same heroic effort like did the Holocaust surviving founders? Yes or no? Judgment day is fast approaching...read the news.
28. Outrage
Jewish Patriot ,   Galut   (09.04.13)
Outrage!!! Foreign "peace" activists came to Israel, and want the destruction of the Jewish state by rioting for "free " Palestine, and the soldier is blamed. Free Palestine is the modern word to Holocaust the Jews, and what foreigners are doing in Israel, since when Israelis went to denmark to protest or riot? so it is not his right to protest there! Kol HaKavod colonel!!
29. #14, another degraded and sick Jew Hater
Jorge   (09.04.13)
Ask where your loyalty is. not a brainer, all the people who hate America is your layalty, and if you are a Catholic, your loyalty is due to the Vatican
30. Could you imagine what would happen to that moron protesting
Jorge   (09.04.13)
in an Arab country They would have beaten him, raped him dragged him before beheding him, nobody woulf have said a Word about it. Look what is going on in Syria, started with a protest, they were massacred, now only "only" 110.000 have died
