Looked at in its historical perspective who in 1940 would have believd there would be a dynamic independent Jewish democratic state holding itsown in many fields such as medicine, science and technology and that there would be more full time B'nai Torah than even in pre-war Europe? In perspective the rebirth was a miracle, fulfilling Biblical Prophecy. Today we complain about the cost of cottage cheese! That should be our greatest worry. Gemar Chasima Tova.

The partition plans included keeping Jerusalem under British control. On one level this was to keep the Jews and Arabs from fighting over the Holy City. As you suggest there is some mediaeval concept of a Kingdom of Jerusalem. The 'stone' in the British Coronation chair is linked to the story of Jacob's Ladder, and for the past several centuries it has been a royal custom to have bris milah for the princes, although it's not clear whether Diana arranged bris milah for her two sons.

"... was captured by the Nazis and held in a Polish prison camp until the war ended under conditions of forced labor." It's good to learn that there were Polish prison camps during the II World War. Polish, and presumably manned by the Polish SS-men.

sons circumcised, breaking a tradition that dates back to Queen Victoria. I have requested online that Prince William and Prince Harry and Prince George be circumcised in accordance with the everlasting commandments of the Holy Scriptures. Shaul of Tarsus (Paul the Apostle) circumcised Timothy before allowing him to accompany him and preach the gospel. How much more so should leaders and future leaders of a nation consecrated to the Lord be circumcised, too. General Joshua would not allow any man to serve in his army of Israelites unless he was first circumcised. Moses and his sons had to be circumcised before leading the Hebrews out of Egypt. Three nations were dedicated to the Lord: Britain, the USA, and Israel. The leaders and future leaders of these nations and all military males should be circumcised so as not to be an offense to the Lord who sees the uncircumcised as heathen, pagans, and unbelievers in the Holy Scriptures since the words are inter-changeable.
