What difference does it make if the killed worker is Jewish or not? What kind of a person ARE you anyways....? Wait, don't go answerin that....we see... Disgusting.
3. This is what happens
A Jerusalemite ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (09.11.13)
when incompetents are given jobs above their ability due to lower prices... Older buildings require expertise. Not every builder is capable of understanding the critical difficulties involved.

5. No regulations in place
J ,   Tel Aviv   (09.11.13)
I live around the corner and walk by every day with my dog. I hope the owner/construction manager (if there is one) is not only sued but also prosecuted. These men work with no protective head gear, not even gloves on their hands. It's very 'mom and pop' and dangerous. There should be regulations and laws in place like in every civilized nation regarding construction so these accidents stop occurring so frequently. 80% of building in my area are probably not up to 'safety code' and can collapse at any time. Israel is severely lacking in maintanence of infrastructure.
6. @1 Dror - disgusting

electrician in Canada, tells of consistent poor wok place safety rules in Israel. In fact there are no work place safety rules in effect. Its a free for all where anything goes. The worker has no safety equipment given to him. In many cases construction workers are at their own mercy. I am sorry, but building methods in Israel are decidedly third world. If you want to achieve 1st world status, clean up your act. The contractor ought to be arrested and tried for dereliction of duty. Hit them hard and hit them with huge fines.

The building adjacent to the one that collapsed is infested with foul-mouthed Sudanese and Eritrean infiltrators.

Ugly Tel Aviv is plenty of buildings like that, you know. Ta is a slum. If you respect Herzl, you should change that street name for something else..

16. Why the fuss?
