But has there been any Leftist condemnation of this or flotillas to Egypt? The biggest joke was when George Galloway was prevented from entering Gaza from Egypt, and he still blamed Israel

Surprise, surprise! It seems no one trusts the arabs of Gaza, not even the country that was the birthplace of the man that tried to give them a new name. Yep, that's right, Yasser Arafat was from a wealthy Egyptian family. Hmm . . . Maybe Egypt has every right not to trust the arabs of Gaza.

I'd like to add my voice stating that there'd be a different reaction if it were Israel and not Egypt. However, can't some NGO, UN group, etc. get some medical aid - at least - to these people? Seems that nobody cares about them except when they can be used as pawns to 'get at' Israel. This is disgraceful!

A different take on this billboard should be put up various places facing Gaza, in big print stating "If you accepted peace with Israel, you'd be healthy by now". Kinda drives the message home as to what a wrong decision has gotten them.
