1. Spread the word!!!
Lois ,   US/Israel   (09.15.13)
I urge everyone who supports Israel and the Jewish people to spread this article. Share it with friends, foes, colleagues and foreign media. Media outlets that only show how the Palestian people 'suffer' at the hands of Israelis must see this. In Oregon (very pro-Palestian state) it all we see and hear is- oh poor Palestianians. No, it is not the truth and this information must be spread!
2. Now you understand why assad used gas
mark   (09.15.13)
rather than poison gas, assad should have used sleeping gas loaded onto missiles that would render all brigands to sleep. This is something idf should do. the other thing they should do is to remove abbas into detention for inciting all of this.
3. Keep giving them more land... things will get a lot better

7. No police force in the world would tolerate this
dave ,   nyc   (09.15.13)
No police force in the world would tolerate this what do you think they will do next time to the cops ???? I would never want to be a cop in a country that does not allow me to defend my self...
8. obviously lethal force used with no response from IDF
Lemmings Hotline ,   sd usa   (09.15.13)
9. we mjust exert authority and force to enforce rule of law.

10. Look at the size of that concrete being thrown
Rhonda ,   Chicago, USA   (09.16.13)
I'm so sick of the world criticizing the IDF in these situations. It's very apparent that much of what is usually thrown at soldiers in the encounters with "rock throwers" could kill someone and all it takes is watching this video for the evidence. Someone throws pieces of concrete, Molotov cocktails, I say shoot with serious force or risk being killed. I truly dont care what the age of the thrower is. Their parents should keep them at home. I'm just glad in this situation that the soldiers were able to get out of the area unharmed.
11. to no 10
john Darren ,   cairns-Austraalia   (09.16.13)
Yes, you are correct--but the police must do their job better--go after the perps hard.
12. Jews 98.2% of Police, but half of population, why? Racism.
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (09.16.13)
13. Some thanks
Neal ,   Minneapolis USA   (09.16.13)
This report says police were called for help. And this is the thanks they get? One is tempted to say that next time, the police should just let the locals fight it out. But then, of course, Israel would be blamed for refusing to come to the aid of Arabs. From here in the fleshpots, I can't tell whether this town is in Isaeli territory or that of the PA. If the latter, why not leave it to the PA's army of police to intervene?
14. Obviously, disgusting, hateful and
(09.16.13)
primitive behaviour. On top of it, it is also lethal and hence, it must be punished. I'm certain that the border police will retribute it according to the law. One cannot and should not have a huge brawl, kill people, ask for help from the police only to attack it brutally and dangerously. And, BTW, Steve Benassi, stays the same ratty anti-Semite !
15. 13 it is in PA territory,
Justjams ,   Jerusalem   (09.16.13)
16. #12 Where do you get your numbers from ,Benazzi?
A ,   Belgium   (09.16.13)
Israel is, according to Wiki, 75.4% Jewish and the rest minorities. So how do you figure Jews are "half of population"? And I would assume many of the Border Police being attacked were Druze, who would be replacing their Jewish colleagues for the holiday. Maybe you should watch Sesame Street and start learning some arithmatic, Benazzi, when not emptying bedpans, that is.
17. Hmm, thats wierd
jerusalem   (09.17.13)
Being as The IDF never enter there to 'restore order'. Anata is known for being in limbo-neither for the PA jurisdiction, nor israel's. Crime there is a norm, and the atmosphere there is horrible. one cant even call the 'law' on the neighbors who illegally built on one's land over there! So, yeah right about this article!the only thing that the IDF do have in control over there is the checkpoint, which they already close and open as they like according to the situation. They probably wanted to extract some Palestinian in there. they got what they deserved.
18. Thats because they arent real police, #7
jerusalem   (09.17.13)
REAL police would work to protect all of its citizens, not a sect. There are a lot of things I wish they would do next time to the 'cops'. oh well, at least in this country, you could get away with murder and not get charged for it! Stay in the US-with your laws!
