This is a disgusting decision by the High Court. Maybe these African infiltrators can go and live with all the High Court Judges together with their families and also with the Arab Members of the Israeli Parliament.

Will the infiltrators be released and immediately deported or will they be released into the streets of Israel with an appointment date for Ministry of Interior? As some are saying, you previously reported that they will be deported after high holidays. Will they be deported or not?

One of the ministers from Shas bought about 200 tickets to a fitness club in Ramat Aviv and gave them all to African infiltrators. When they all showed up at the swimming pool the residents and members just picked up their designer handbags and children and left. This is a joke, Israel has no constitution, but if there were, holding infiltrators for a MAXIMUM of 3 years until a way could be found to deport them would not violate the constitution of most western countries such as France, which have detention centers.

What constitution? Israel does not have a constitution. Is Israel's Supreme Court judges so powerful that they can overturn Israeli laws based on their own opinions? Can someone explain? Is this democratic?

Israel is more like an African country than Morocco, Libya and Eqypt and these countries are actually a part of the African continent. Whoever allowed this to happen needs to be prosecuted and imprisoned for a very long time, or better yet sent to live in captivity in Sudan or Eritrea.

in Deuteronomy 23:16, that if a slave (or someone fleeing another country for their lives) makes it to Israel, you are not suppose to send them back to the slave master. You are not suppose to mistreat them and they are free to live anywhere in Eretz Israel. The Rambam states that the slave is completely free if he makes it to the Holy Land. In Deuteronomy 5:15, it says: ‘‘Remember you were once slaves in the Land of Egypt.‘‘ The rule of thumb is, if you treat people with love, they will treat you with love. Who knows, maybe some these people will convert to Judaism and become better Jews and even better Rabbis than we have today.

When the real day-to-day dangers to the citizens are pursued and punished, then they can focus on other problems.

The police are useless If the police were to pick these people up and they cant show they are here legally there must be something the police can actually charge them with then they are not being hld without charge they are being held for an offence. If the police need help get the Magav or the army to help them ut just don't turn a blind eye because it will only get worse because more will come and the ones here will have children so their numbers will grow. Government also needs to try reword that bill find a way to pass it because things cannot continue as they are. If nothing is done give it 10 years they will make up a major part of the countries demographics and the kids will grow up become Israeli citizens, they are a ticking time bomb.

Can this appeal be appealed? Who holds the 'power' over High Court?
