Once upon a time, many Jews worried (and Arabs perhaps rejoiced) that Israel in its present de facto borders would become a majority Arab nation, as Arab births outnumbered Jewish and other births. Now perhaps both Jews and Arabs need to face the possibility of Israel becoming populated by a majority consisting of n.e. African refugees and their children! Yes, I see the humanitarian issues, but also I see Israel as a small beacon for world Jewry, one about to be extinguished once word of the High Court's ruling penetrates the African interior.
