Ruhani does not have any point. Israel never threatened any other nation but Ruhani's predecessor threatened Israel many times saying that he would wipe out Israel from the map. For Israel Nuclear capability is only a deterrent. After all Israel just about the size of Konya or New Jersey with a population about 7 million and surrounded with 100 million Muslims hostile to them.
