Neither side, Iran nor Israel, wants to commit suicide and neither side has nuclear weapons that have been tested and shown to work. Israeli nuclear weapons are especially in doubt since they are of the "laboratory" variety and based on expired technologies in a reactor which is super out of date. Bluffing is not a reliable way to win in a poker game while the suicide part is especially not wise. I am sure decision makers everywhere will think of themselves and their dear ones.
