Regardless of her personal views on Jews, it makes perfect sense for her to refer to "old Jewish men" in the music industry, considering numerous pop hits have been written by older Jewish men. It's not a stereotype, it's a fact, and not necessarily a negative one, depending on how you present it. Here, I don't think she meant it derogatorily from the context alone- she was just being honest. Jews have contributed immensely to the music scene in numerous ways; to call her an anti-semite and act like this is controversial news is stupid and ignorant. She was just being specific about the kind of individual who makes the business decisions in the industry. Specifying 'Jew', in my opinion, is no more offensive than specifying 'old' or 'man'.
