4. So drink Irish coffee so you lengthen the telomeres
with the coffee and shorten them with the alcohol, hence no change in the telomeres. I don't drink coffee much anymore since something in it now makes it toxic and I think it is cadmium that is deliberately added or is from air and/or soil and water pollution where coffee beans are grown. But I found a wonderful product to replace coffee that is from Poland: Caffix. It is a blend of dried figs and roasted barley, chicory, malt, and red beet concentrate. It is from Europe so the ingredients are not GMO. It might take 4 Poles to screw in a lightbulb with one holding the lightbulb and three turning the ladder, but they sure know how to make a great coffee substitute beverage.

Here in Italy we drink 4-5 super strong ristretto cup /day and we are the longest living people in Europe...we drink also good red ...mediteranean diet is the best
