I rented one of my most precious real estates to relatives. They pay me very little compared to what I can ask for. Perhaps 5% of market price - but they are family, so I let them live in it. However, one day, I plan to move into it myself and I asked them to leave. There was no contract between us. Can I ask them to leave. Is that real estate still mine? It is registered on my name - me being the owner.
