Given the loss of Egyptian support after the demise of the Muslim Brotherhood's hold on the state & the closing of many tunnels which deprives Hamas of the tax on contraband goods, the leader of Hamas is confronted with the choice of staying loyal to his Sunni "brothers" mercilessly killed in Syria by those Shia suported Alawites or opening a new financial lifeline with those Shia Iranians.
