since obama became president, al qaeda has spread to syria, the sinai, lybia, mali, and eastern africa and has reemerged in iraq. obama has been sowing chaos and confusion among muslims. it is now known that during the Benghazi debacle, us forces were scattered without any strategic objective. obama's incompetence is much aggrevated by his arrogance and dictatorial tendencies. syria is a particular concern since assad has biological weapons that are scattered all over syria. israel has not been this threatened for decades, perhaps since 1948. before obama became president, the sinai was a quiet tourist attraction and syria was also quiet. lybia's jihadists were in prison and its weapons stockpile were secure. none of that is true today.

Congress should wake up to start impeaching the Trojan Horse and idiots in Congress that support the Islamist-Jihadist Thugs/Terrorists butchering people in Syria.

Very different than a war involving two (or more) states who do have obligations to see to the well-being of prisoners of war. A fair number of people were judicially hanged in both Germany and Japan following the Second World War because of their callous treatment of prisoners of war. The Russians, on the other hand, did not bother to bring any Germans to trial. German prisoners of war were sent to the gulags, some survived the war and were returned to Germany but most were shot.
