1. "Winners have the last word" -- two states and peace.
Michael ,   California, USA   (10.22.13)
And as to the BOI governor, good luck in this economy. Use your abacus well. But, as a backup, I hope your calculator has fresh batteries and keys which are not sticking. Netanyahu will hold on to the red marker pen, just in case.
2. How disgusting.
michael Pielet ,   israel   (10.22.13)
All Israeli politicians, almost without exceptions, not just Netanyahu are weak charlatans, proclaiming one thing and doing another. They justify their egregious behavior, " I was forced to, the national interest, when I entered office my perspective changed, on and on infinitum. Only Shamir was a man of honor, a man of his word. Not, Rabin, not Peres, not Sharon, not Olmert, and certainly not Bibi. How disgusting!

many others and she has an excellent history in her profession and is expected to be a good BOI head..Yet Barnum turns this nomination into a criticism of the PM. In USA it took many more months and nominees refusal to accept post until new US Federal Bank chief nominated a few days ago
5. Just to be clear "Converso" means convert
Ze'ev ,   USA   (10.22.13)
In Spanish, "Converso" means convert, and is not specific to us. Anyone who converts from any religion, philosophy, or even political ideal is a converso. The word is not demeaning by definition, but can be taken that way according to usage, much like goy. Marranos (swine) on the other hand is always derogatory when applied to humans.
6. 2 states will ensure Peace,Greater Arabia and Greater Israel

7. barnea is right on bibi
alexi   (10.22.13)
there is no doubt that bibi is weak, very weak. That he is likud, an exsoldier, does not matter. He is weak like olmert and peres. he is unable to tell kerry and obama to f** off. I can do it. He cannot. His father complained about him. I 've advised him to take up karate, to toughen his spirit. To no avail. His conceessions like barak's are sickening, just bloody sickening. And rockets will fly into ben gurion long after kerry and obama force bibi to concede. israel should not concede one inch, not on jordan valley, no where.
8. Offensive, very offensive
Orly ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (10.23.13)
The exploitation of the lives of Sefaradi Jews who lived in a constant state of fear to exemplify duplicity is a stain on the studies and works of Benzion Netanyahu, and is offensive to the victims of the inquisition. As a decendant of Sefaradim who remained in Europe, albeit not Conversos but who were constantly on the run from the inquisition and who, every several decades were stripped of all earthly possessions and exiled to shantitowns for Basques, Gypsies and other undesirables, I feel a personal duty to stand up and decry this foul and malicious exploitation of my ancestors' suffering and unfortunate plight. Have we no shame?
9. Shame
Nicki Joury ,   New York City ., USA   (10.23.13)
One might wonder how far your paper is ganging against BIBI. We adore him for expressing his real passion & love for ISRAEL . Please try to read in between the lines and C that Obama & his far left are moving the puppet = in this case the public readers = puppets.
10. Claim Judea/Samaria forever.
Chaim ,   Israel   (10.23.13)
I loathe Barnea. But I have to admit he is correct about Bibi. Bibi has never met an Obama demand he didn't concede to. Bibi is the only national leader who fears Obama. Virtually every other leader rightfully treats Obama as a joke. Barnea clearly wants Bibi to submit to the most hostile U.S. President Israel has ever faced. That is despicable beyond words. Instead, Bibi must be made to submit to the will of the vast sane patriotic Israeli majority and claim Judea and Samaria; our more than 3,500 year old Eternal Heartland.
11. Excellent analogy
Shachar ,   Eilat   (10.23.13)
It's not just Netanyahu, it's the only way anyone can survive with the current set-up of multiple party coalitions. And to #8, please don't be silly....it is an analogy not a comparison.
