The bill will not pass and even if Bennet were to"quit" the government nothing would change since under the new rules, those who mount a vote of no-confidence must also demonstrate the ability to form a new government. Absent that, the government remains unchanged but for new appointments to fill the vacancies left by Bayit HaYehudi MKs resignations. Given the last election and current polls, the election and formation of a government led by Feiglin/Bennet/Lieberman is a pipe dream. None of which matters: the official talks between the States of Israel and Palestine continue.
