So long as Poland makes Kosher slaughter illegal, there is no reason to eat food made in Poland. Perhaps we can cook their cuisine ourselves, but meh, there is so much good food in the world, who cares.

You are absolutely right. There is no reason to celebrate the land of Auschwitz, Treblinka, Jedwabne, and Kielce, especially when they won't let Jews eat kosher food.
