Actually I would very much like Israel to make it's own claims, where since the fall of the Ottoman Empire, - No state ever had UN-recognized sovereignty over the West Bank, & - "Palestine" didn't even exist as a state, so - Israel's claims are probably equally legal and valid, as valid as Palestinian claims, such that - The ICC is likely to decline even hearing the case, which leaves Only Negotiations & Compromise with Israel, as the way to create Palestine.
