if the history of war taught us anything, it´s that you don´t need a big army and advanced planes and missiles to win a war. A well trained and disciplined guerrilla force that knows the territory it´s fighting on from top to bottom and enjoys popular support can defeat any army in the world. I suggest Israel should stop wasting some many billions of dollars on military equipment and start investing in it´s rapidly declining middle class before there will be no one left to defend with those missiles.

I don't see him laughing much at all lately. After sending 1000's of Hizbullah men to fight in the Civl War in Syria, incurring 100's of deaths, and failing to secure a decisive win, Nasrallah is now claiming that "there is no military solution in Syria". Having said that, conflict with Israel is Hizbullah's entire raison-d'etre, and like an earthquake at a major tectonic fault, it's only a matter of time before war breaks out on the northern border. Hizbullah now has over 100,000 rockets pointed at Israel, many of which can reach the center of Israel. If you think the IDF troops can prevail in such a war without the necessary hardware, then you really have been in Tampa a little too long drinking the Kool Aid.

You have to shoot inexpensive missiles at expensive targets - not the other way round.

I realize guided missiles are common knowledge alas Syria is full of these missiles as are all Arab militarys but like Israel they seldom use them against Israel so on alas the lack of unity Arab countrys tribes have makes war seem ridiculous with Israel Yahoo media reports Israel today knocked out anti air craft batterys inside Syria may heighten war possibilitys but alas ASSAD refuses to go to war with Israel but rather isolate Israel the Arabs on the outside are sure Israel on the inside will simply ROAST FROM THE ISOLATIONIST HEAT PRESSURE the Arabs can peaceably apply thus no war is war but is war noooooo war ASSAD ??? good question Netanyahu may decide to find out the answer to as well as Israel the IDF ???
