4. # 1 What does your people want to give up?
italian   (11.07.13)
You seem to forget that your leader refused to sign agreements which would have granted all your demands, except the so called and inesistent ROR. Don't play dumb. If your people thinks to gain everything, it's completely deluded. Negotiations are sorrowful for BOTH sides. So, again, what will be your price??
5. An Arab Palestinian state would be the end of Israel
CJK   (11.07.13)
the arabs and their western lackeys have had for goal the destruction of the jewish state since its inception. to achieve this goal, the arabs have kept the arab palestinians as stateless, permanent refugees with the sole purpose of replacing the jewish state with a muslim arab state. the west and the entire un has been complicit in this scheme. the author is correct in his assessment that the talks forced on Israel are not peace talks but talks to undermine the very existence of the jewish state of Israel.
6. 100% Right!
A Simple Jew ,   Tel Aviv   (11.08.13)
He is right. Quit the talks now; All that will happen is our negotiating position will erode, and the disaster will be far greater.
7. Autonomous as East Germany under USSR
Zechariah   (11.07.13)
The model will be East Germany under the USSR.Or Czechoslavakia under the USSR before the Mad Purges of 1952 .We are far from this model. But we have the ligation to produce a Peaceful autononomy with security. If the Arabs refuse the offer Violent resistance will be Attacked Harshly but with Precision.

9. Not on my land.
Michael Pielet ,   Israel   (11.07.13)
#1, based upon your past performance, during the last 100 years, all you want to do is kill, maim and destroy. Look at your media . You call Jews monkeys and apes. I am not naive and I do not trust you. You want arab sovereignty go to one of your 22 arab states. Not on my land.
10. #2--you are wrong about bibi
arne ,   chicago usa   (11.07.13)
He is a true statesman and will defend his country to its utmost.remember Israel's a democracy and the parliament (kenesit) will have the final say on what goes down.I would not worry, the best guy's in office right now.
11. The following is the MAXIMUM Mr. Rabin was ready to give to
Hermon Ben-Israel ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (11.07.13)
the extortionists from Ramallah, according to his speech at the Knesset on 5 Oct. 1995: 1) Jerusalem will remain united under Israeli sovereignty and will also include the suburbs of Giv'at Zeev and Ma'aleh Adumim 2) All major Jewish settlement blocs will be incorporated into sovereign Israel, including Gush Qatif in Gaza 3) The Jordan Valley ought to be viewed in the widest sense of the term and it too will remain under Israel's rule 4) The future Palestinian Arab state will not be a regular one in that it will be fully demilitarized. Its airspace will be totally controlled by Israel, as will its boundaries and all of its border passes Rabin was ready to call the whole process off if the Arabs were not ready to accept his generous good will gesture. All of us, in Israel and abroad, ought to learn a thing or two from Rabin's approach which was based on the willingness to achieve an accommodation of peaceful coexistence but not at the expense of Israel's most vital national and security interests.
12. To Ali
Eric ,   Miami USA   (11.07.13)
Are we expected to take the word of one seemingly rational Palestinian who appears to genuinely wish to live in peace and security? Based on our history alone, Jews can ill-afford to take your word for it. If only this was the will of the majority of your people. If only this were the will of your leaders. Peace would have come long ago. I, for one, would hand you nearly every inch of land you wish without asking for much in return if only I believed it would not be used as a staging ground for the eventual future attempt at pushing the Jews into the sea. All Israelis wish to live in peace, but Israel will never compromise its own security. There are simply too few of us left, and our Jewish army is supposed to enforce "never again," not let its guard down and trust a people largely sworn to our destruction to maintain peace and calm. Shalom and Salaam - may your people and your leaders choose peace over visions of Jewish genocide.
13. He is 0 % correct
Michael ,   Haifa   (11.08.13)
..as usual. I find his pieces here highly entertaining
14. Jews to Judea. Arabs to Arabia.

17. #13 Your arguments please!
eli ,   Yerushalayim   (11.08.13)
Until you will convince me with arguments, I will consider you a dreamer. Try to see the reality like it is. He is 100% right!!!!
18. You Err !.
Arn. ,   Sweden.   (11.08.13)
There is only One solution to this problem - even HASHEMs - thus - Isaiah 54 21st Century King James Version (KJ21) 54 “Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear! Break forth into singing and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child! For more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife,” saith the Lord. 2 Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations; spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes. 3 For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left, and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited. 4 “Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed; neither be thou confounded, for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more. 5 For thy Maker is thine husband” the Lord of hosts is His name” and thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; the God of the whole earth shall He be called. Comment - The Jews in the Diaspora will come Home !. Arn.
19. # 13 He who has the last laugh laughs loudest.
BUILD BABY BUILD ,   United States   (11.08.13)
And, I doubt the pals will ever laugh again..... Jews, on the other, hand are laughing their asses off. Nothing like winning to make one happy. Poor pals, so many battles not one won and all is lost. It's okay, you must have known that all that terror in Israeli cafes, buses, would make you the most hated of all people. ( even and particularly an invented people at that. ) BUILDING ALWAYS BUILDING !!!!
20. # 17 Eli, eric no argument no brain No pal land in Israel!!!
BUILD BABY BUILD ,   United States   (11.08.13)
BUT, BUILDING BBABY BUILDING !!!
21. Elyakim
Brett ,   Florida   (11.08.13)
Thank you. Finally a sane voice speaks for Israel. The truth you write does sting so many people, doesn't it?
22. To George
Eric ,   Miami USA   (11.08.13)
It is a very unfortunate state of affairs that the Palestinians are currently stateless. We Jews were stateless for far too long. The fault, George, lies with greedy and violent Jew-hating Palestinian leaders. The Palestinians are the victims of extremely poor leadership that stole their money and resources and repeatedly sold the idea that the "Zionist regime" is only temporary. At the very least, Palestinians should have had a state after UN partition (though Palestinians were not even organized as such at that time and likely would have been living under mostly Jordanian rule), after Camp David in 2000, and again when Olmert was in office. But, each time the Palestinians have chosen violence with dreams of the valley to the sea free from Jews. I pray for a rational, strong, and compassionate Palestinian leader who can deliver the state the Palestinians deserve without delusions of a greater Palestine free of Jews. Peace will come when Palestinians love their children more than they hate ours.
23. # 12 Good thing you aren't an Israeli
BUILD BABY BUILD ,   United States   (11.08.13)
Hell, you'd give away the Jews only real inheritance, the Land. Are you freakin' nuts? Of course his people wont make the right decision, when have they ever? The only real solution is for every pal arab, muslim to leave Israel, and not return ever, period. Forget for a moment that they call themselves 'pals', the rest of their 'tribes' are massacring one another with urgent dispatch, proving they can't end murder if they wanted to, which, of course, they do not. This is no accident, many times other Jews like yourself foolishly offered what they were never to offer, the ONLY land that belongs 110% to the Jews, Promised by our G-d. Many times this has not become a reality because, IT WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE SO. Please rethink your position, it means the world to living breathing Jews who must remember, " This year Jerusalem" What if the pals wanted to 'invade Miami??? I doubt you'd be so cavalier. SAVE A JEW BUILD A HOUSE IN JEWISH ISRAEL !!!!!
24. #12 ERIC IN MIAMI
CAPTAIN OBVIOUS ,   SAFED OBVIOUS HOUSE   (11.08.13)
Dear Eric ,what and who gives you the right ,in MIAMI of all places , to " hand you nearly every inch of land" ??? Your chutzpah / audacity is astounding. Nobody ,especially one who resides in Miami ,has the right to offer a single speck of Israels' land ,especially not to our enemies.
25. #24
Eric ,   Miami USA   (11.08.13)
I absolutely have no right to hand anything to anyone as I am not an elected leader of the State of Israel. What I am is a to-the-death defender and lover of the State of Israel who is personally responsible for the raising of millions for our beloved State. That does not entitle me to "give" anything, but it does entitle me to share an opinion of hope. While I have hope, I am also a realist and recognize that little to no hope can be found in current Palestinian leadership. Without a true peace partner, it's all idealistic talk. Oseh shalom bimromav, hu ya'aseh shalom aleynu, ve'al kol Yisrael ve'imru amen.
26. #25 CALL YOURSELF A " REALIST " ??
CAPTAIN SARCASTIC ,   SAFED CYNIC HOUSE   (11.09.13)
You sorely need to get real.Sadly ,your " millions" that you claim to have raised for Isxrael mean little. What counts is Territory .a.k.a. LAND. And you would give away ,to our enemies no less, the Family Farm. You sir are foolish and misguided indeed.
27. re# 9 Michael. Your land???
cali lib ,   los angeles, usa   (11.09.13)
I suggest you move back to your motherland in France. The land belongs to Palestinians.
28. # 12 Gutless wonder Chamberlain.
BUILD BABY BUILD ,   United States   (11.09.13)
You sound like a neo nazi advocating the 'final solution' to Israel a pal state instead of Israel. "I, for one, would hand you nearly every inch, blah blah.... Be quiet and go have a stroll in Miami while adults decide NEVER TO CEDE ANOTHER INCH OF ISRAEL. You moron.
29. To Eric
FireJeff ,   Jerusame, Israel   (11.09.13)
You are not completly right. You should NEVER forget that the Mandate of Palestine was already split in two in 1923: 77 % was given to the Arabs (meaning the so-called "Palestinians" today) and 23 % was supposed to become a Jewish State. Unfortunately today, the palestinian nationalism isn't respected in Jordan, where only the minority rules (the hashemites) while more than 80 % of jordanians are in fact "palestinians". The conflit today isn't about territory or self-determination. It's only ideologic to destroy the Jewish State, Israel. The "palestinian" people was created in 1960 by Arafat (an egyptian!) for that purpose. That is why the Oslo process failed yesteday, today and tomorrow.
