1. KERRY THE AMATEUR BULLY
CAPTAIN OBVIOUS ,   SAFED OBVIOUS HOUSE   (11.10.13)
Stop with the threats: " Do as I order you and tell you to do or else..." Israelis do not have to gratefully accept your threats ,and empty threats at that.
2. Palestinians alternate between violence+diplomacy
Sam ,   Canada   (11.10.13)
The Palestinian idea of peace is that Jews disappear from the West Bank and Palestinians flood Israel with Palestinians. The West and the Left try to appease them to no avail. Getting nowhere the Palestinians alternate between violence and diplomacy. This cycle just repeats itself. Move on with life and let the Palestinians continue to knock their heads against the wall
3. Kerry
Louis Fried ,   Toronto Canada   (11.10.13)
This politician's ignorance is overwhelming. He does Not understand that intimidation and blackmail will not lead to a peace agreement.
4. After Kerry's little hissy fit
(11.10.13)
Bibi should put a swift end to this farce. The two state solution has already been rejected by the Palestinians. And why we keep putting up with this hostile administration is beyond me. In the Amateurs rush to complete deals worldwide he is causing havoc. Why must Israel pay for Obama's incompetence? Time for Israeli leadership to treat this U.S. administration as hostile. A wounded animal is very dangerous, and as quickly as the U.S. is deteriorating so she is making shocking decisions. FYI Israel does not have to be damaged by this IF WE DON'T WANT TO!!!!!!!!
5. Building in the west bank
Hazel ,   Ramat Hasharon, Isra   (11.10.13)
Who is doing the building? The funny thing about all this blah blah from Kerry about settlement building is that the building is being done by Palestinian labourers - desparate to work and provide a living for their families. Stop the settlement building and these guys will be out of work and their families will go hungry.
6. Whose side are you on?
Michael Pielet ,   Israel   (11.10.13)
As usual the analysis is all wrong. Kerry incites a war against the Jews, Kerry gives Abbas 75 million. Kerry gives, Bibi, Israel, his only reliable ally in the middle east , a kick in the behind, Area C will remain Israeli. Whose side is the commentator on?
7. Kerry complained that Ntanjahu uses threats regarding Iran's
Hermon Ben-Israel ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (11.10.13)
development of nuclear weapons. Yet, the person who keep threatening us, without ANY basis, is the right hand man of the Appeaser-in-Chief of the Oval Office.
8. intifada, shmentifada
tom ,   toronto, canada   (11.10.13)
an "intifada" is not a spontaneous reaction of the arab masses, but a carefully contrived act of asymmetric warfare, which is why kerry's threat rings so hollow - it's not his to threaten. nor can he prevent the inevitable cycle of escalating plo demands, until they judge that the maximum israeli concessions are achieved, at which point the faux "palestinians" revert to their alternate tactic for attacking israel, namely terrorism. kerry has now accepted this game as the norm, and thrown his support behind it.
9. Intifada = popular resistance to oppression
Jersey Jew ,   New Jersey, USA   (11.10.13)
Even Fishman clearly agrees that Intifada is inevitable, but in many forms far beyond the ground "burning up". International Criminal Court for sure. UN recognition. Our USA becoming neutral. Harsh BDS [clearly worked on Iran, eh?]. Loss of powerful US Congressional "Amen" [James Baker] as Americans clearly now reject Congress as their reps on many US issues [See quick "bomb Syria" failure]. Remember our Tea Party wants out of foreign affairs, particularly Israel's constant ME demands. Hence, harsh decreases in loong-time generous US trea$ure, blood, technology, economic, diplomatic, military, +more gifts to Israel interests including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Turkey, Jordan. With a neutered US Congress coupled with decades of constant thumbs in US Presidents' eyes including Reagan, Israel will become increasingly isolated, severely resource limited & dysfunctional. It is not rational to believe that millions of Palestinians will tolerate harsh military occupation much beyond 50 years [See Mubarak], nor will Americans & Europe who have enabled Israel for many decades. Russia & China see great opportunity emerging. Not smart to continue your arrogance. Israel's current path is unsustainable & near it's Tipping Point, Catastrophe Cusp, Quantum Singularity. Behave as Judaism teaches & do the right things 4everyone including we Jews ...

11. GO HOME KERRY
TEL EM STRAIGHT ,   SAFED OBVIOUS HOUSE   (11.10.13)
You are unwelcome here in Israel . We do not have to suffer fools gladly anymore.
12. The Kerry way.
Sam ,   Canada   (11.10.13)
Keep Palestinians in negotiations with concessions like money and a prisoner release so that they will hopefully stay away from terror. Frighten and pressure Israel into giving more and more concessions so that maybe Palestinians will say yes to peace. Tell Israel what good friends America is with Israel. The Palestinian response is to pocket the concessions and throw temper tantrums and threaten violence to get more free concessions. Way to go Kerry.
13. #6 Giving up area C will benefit Israel.
On the Balcony   (11.10.13)
and is inevitable in any case
14. Come Home, John
Mark of Lewiston ,   USA   (11.10.13)
Focus on a deal with Iran, a deal for the US. Let the peace talks stew or collapse. Work on Congress to defund the PA like Bush did when they had their last election. Israel will never accept a Palestinian state. Let Israel pay to administer what they conquered. Not the US problem if we no longer pay. Get our money back and walk away from mediation - never works anyway.

16. Return of the Polititurd
Gideon Reader   (11.10.13)
A polititurd that is also a politadrome. Kerry: the oaf that is also a putz. May be read as the putz that is also an oaf. Half an oaf would be no better that the full Lurch; magic hat or not. Why I recall one Christmas in March on dryland as I sat in my Kyack on the non river in Cambodia...
17. Kerry interview. With Gregory
Maher Jamal ,   Kuwait   (11.10.13)
I just watched Kerry with David Gregory , the article is correct , I donot if it her wife sickness , his liberal thinking instincts , or the weakness of the President , or some combinations , but He does look out of it and is willing to buy Iranian beating on the chest and they are experts . The assumptions are wrong , Iran doesnot have new government , Iran has the same one since 1989 , the new prisdente KSA mere elevated PM , who has been lining all his professional life , we have the proof .The things to do with Iran is as follows : - Continue sanctions - help the Syrian rebels and Christian. And Sunnis Lebanese until you bleed Iran , - continue to pick up their experts internally and internationally , - help Iraq to export. More oil to sow differences between them and reduce the price of oil - continue the threats In one year time , iran economy will collapse and the political factions will fight among therm selves.
18. $100 thousand to Phillipines $100 MILLION to "Palis"
Salim ,   Canada   (11.10.13)
This should make any decent human being just furious!! What kind of priorites does this US administration have? They have decided to give a mere $100,000 to help the Phillipine people recover from this disaster. To the fake "Palestinian people" they are giving a gift of $75 million in addition to a previous gift of $24 million, for what?? So that they can produce better bomb belts? So that they can invest in education for the next generation of suicide bombers? So that Mahmud Abbas and his family can stash even more millions away in their private accounts? Something is very very rotten in Washington.
19. #16. Judea/Samaria are Israeli forever.
Chaim ,   Israel   (11.10.13)
#16. Jump Off The Balcony. Two things are certain: 1. That leftists like you are infallibly wrong on every major issue. Leftists are just as idiotically wrong now as they were 7 months ago, when they urged Israel to cede the Golan. 2. Judea and Samaria are Israeli forever.
20. Pathetic leftist fear mongering won't work.
Chaim ,   Israel   (11.10.13)
#9. Your pathetic leftist fear mongering is not going to scare Israel into fleeing our ancestral heartland of Judea and Samaria. The fictional concept of "Palestinians" dates back only to Israel's glorious liberation of Judea and Samaria in 1967. This tiny land belong to Jews now and forever. Israel was not reborn after 2,000 years to give in to leftist cowards and their fear mongering.
21. 3rd intifada
Dvora ,   Jerusalem   (11.10.13)
Kerry's statement about a third intifada is far more dangerous than the writer realizes. By warning us of the possible consequences of failed negotiations, he's effectively telling the PA that the U.S. would understand (read support) the PA if they were to take that route. This is subtle and dangerous language that effectively says 'do it'. The U.S. has the audacity to give us a deadline which is not only unrealistic but is condescending and paternalistic. Kerry's comment, coming at at a time when the U.S. is withdrawing from the international arena everywhere except here, tells us a lot about the Obama administration. The President's office has purposefully and repeatedly leaked information about our military actions in Syria in order to undermine us. He has an agenda and wants Israel to be weakened so that Arabs will be strengthened. When Obama said he has our back, what he meant was he has a gun to our back. Every President has wanted to be the one to bring peace to the mid-East, but to-date none except for Jimmy Carter and Barak Obama has had the pomposity and arrogance to see themselves in the God-like role of arbitrator.
22. Kerry things the Iran talks are going well too!
michael redbourn ,   Lisbon Portugal   (11.10.13)
23. Violence worked for Jews
James ,   Canada   (11.10.13)
During British Mandate Palestine, the Jewish Underground terrorist gangs certainly used violence and terrorism to achieve their goals of a Jewish State. Blowing up hotels, grenade attacks on cafes full of civilians, drive-by attacks on civilian buses. That helped to drive the British occupiers out of Palestine...oh right, we're not supposed to mention that...
24. Israel idea of a Palestinian State
James ,   Canada   (11.10.13)
Israel's idea of a Palestinian State is placing them in ghettos surrounded by Israel's military, walled off from the rest of the World and surrounded by Jewish settlements. No rights, no freedom of movement, no chance for economic prosperity. Just ask Lieberman--the Russian immigrant--he knows what Israel's plans are for Palestinians who were actually born on the lands.
25. NEWS FLASH!!!
mike ,   seattle, USA   (11.10.13)
the United States of America's state department is not a branch of the israeli ministry of foreign affairs. you israelis may be able to rob the palestinians of their sovereignty but do not even think of trying to rob my country of hers. some of you may want to ask youself who needs who more. your people are ungrateful beasts, crybabies, and are showing your true colors,
26. LISTEN TO MAHER FROM KUWAIT
Brant ,   Hilton Head USA   (11.10.13)
Wonder if there's a single soul in the worldwide US State Department apparatus that has the sense to listen to people like Maher Jamal (#17) who ACTUALLY understand the region in which they live.
27. Suicide for Israel
Bill Stein ,   USA   (11.10.13)
In my opinion If Bibi sacrifices Israeli security religous and legal rights in Judea and Samaria especially in Area C this could cause a civil war in Israel in my opinion. Allowing millions of Palestinians to sit 9 miles basically walking distance from the sea is suicide for Israel. Israel will cease to be a homeland of the Jewish people in 5 years because of demographics open borders and extreme left wing pressure within Israel.
28. Kerry & Obama are trying to destroy Israel
Chris Rettenmoser ,   Bayerisch Gmain Germ   (11.10.13)
from within, by establishing a terror entity in Judea and Samaria and from outside, by helping Iran to get the bomb... 75 years after the "Kristallnacht"...
29. Chaim? Wrong reply address old man.
Gideon Reader   (11.10.13)
#16 is NOT whom you wish to engage.
30. Israel accepts Pal state.Pals reject Jewish majority state.
Sam ,   Canada   (11.10.13)
Palestinian supporters criticize and whine about the state Israel is ready to give them while they themselves reject any Jewish majority Israel. Why should Jews care about Palestinian wishes for their state? What are Palestinians offering Jews?
