1. It sounds to me that Bibi has resigned himself
Israeli 2   (11.10.13)
to allow the nations to make the deal - just not too fast. Just not now. They have called his bluff for an attack on Iran and he is not up to it.
2. The only good deal ...
Devorah   (11.10.13)
is the total obliteration of Iran's nuclear facilities because that is where this is heading sooner or later. The "powers" are kidding themselves if they truly believe they can broker an honest deal with the maniac mullahs as the centrifuges continue to spin. Kudos to France on this one.
3. spin, spin
michael Pielet ,   israel   (11.10.13)
Meanwhile back at the ranch the centrifuges are still spinning.
4. Never Say die Bibi: Vive La France
Norbus ,   JERUSALEM   (11.10.13)
The extra 10 days may give Bibi the time to show the Western powers science to jump off 20% enrichment to 95% using super centrifuges If there is any responsibility and honesty amongst the West and the American administration they will not sign a bum deal. Another possibility is for Congress and Senate to tell Obama and Kerry they have no authority to run Israel over with the bus
5. NO NUKES IN MANIACS HANDS
EZEKIAL HAIM ,   LONDON UK   (11.10.13)
Whatever deal is made it should ensure that the maniacal mullahs never get their hands on a nuclear weapon.Who cares if they spin their centrifuges to eternity .The more they spin ,the more likely that there will one day be an accident like Chernobyl in Iran.If the mullahs try to build an atom bomb then Iran is very likely to face a fate like Iraq.
6. Netanyahu must realise that we have
IK ,   TA Israel   (11.10.13)
no friends in the P5+1. To point the finger at just one person if you look at Kerrys record , privately, militarily and politically it is a one of shocking deception and deceit- and that is only the start.
7. 10 yrs Iran threatens & exports terror. Why world leaders ru
Adi ,   Zurich   (11.10.13)
10 yrs Iran threatens & exports terror. Why world leaders rushing to sign. Are they all competing for votes for peace prize.!. After Syria they cant win respect by giving a prize to wickedness. Iran is an evil regime. Sick with hatred for west.
8. Looks like Israel will have to save the world
BUILD BABY BUILD ,   United States   (11.10.13)
from Islamic dreams of domination via nuclear powers, again, as she did with both Iraq and Syria. If I recall, Israel said nothing prior to either strike and had no assistance from any ally and no prior warning to her enemies either. As we see, most 'world powers' have their heads in the sand ( being polite here ) and would rather give up Israel mistakenly believing that will be all the Iranian's demand..than to end any limit to the Iranian's scope to attack them as well and "Death to America" added to the famous, state orchestrated chorus of, "Death to Israel" should give the rest pause too, for, that's where it begins with the mad mullah's of Iran... not where it ends. Hitler, and the mullah's had the same dream.. Endless power over all nations, beginning with the easiest targets. Notice how many more US troops are being murdered by enemy combatants - Islamic enemies also posing as US allies? Afghanistan, Pakistan.. etc.Not to mention of course, and yes, folks, the Saudi's. Whatever decision Israel finally makes re: striking Iran, will not exempt any one, ally or foe from entering the fray, at their very real peril. Courage Bibi, courage. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
9. # 1 Don't bet on it, pal.
BUILD BABY BUILD   (11.10.13)
Israel already, single handedly took out two Muslim states nuclear reactors, Iraq and Syria.. The third times the charm, they say. If I were a rich Iranian, I would be in Miami, or L.A. And, you, poor soul have no name, who's yo daddy?
10. any and all deals
CJK   (11.10.13)
any and all deals proposed by obama are deals full of poison deals. obama cares only about getting a deal, not the content of the deal. it is most fortunate that the french have seen the light of day and put an end to a deal which would have allowed the shia terror regime to keep its nuclear weapons program virtually intact. hopefully messieurs holland and fabius will continue their good work and prevent the us from letting iran become a nuclear power.
11. USA to protect Iran from Israel?
Memphis joe ,   Memphis, tn - USA   (11.10.13)
#1 - I would not assume that BIbi has resigned himself to anything. The Israeli nation has it's back to the wall. It has been reported that one of the barrier's to Iran signing was that the USA guarantee that Israel will not attack. That, supposedly was what Obama's Friday night call to Bibimbap was about. Of course, Bibimbap can't give that guarantee, and the demand was meant to drive a larger and more serious wedge between Obama and Israel. This is complicated.

14. #2 Devorah, they don't make 'em like you anymore, kid.
Noodles ,   Coney Island   (11.10.13)
Maggie Thatcher or Golda couldn't have said it better. "Total obliteration" is today's phrase of the day.... If Israel is going to do the job, do it right, even if it means using small 'tactical' nukes on the facilities and spreading a bit of radiation in the immediate area.
15. PROPS TO BIBI
yona ,   tlv   (11.10.13)
Fearless to tell world leaders how he feels! God bless the state of Israel
16. #2 Kudos to France
Rudolph ,   Collombey   (11.10.13)
Fabius's obstruction is easy to understand. Just have a look at his roots.
17. *11* Memphis Joe; Semtex if true; NICE
(11.10.13)
18. I've got news for you Bibi...
(11.10.13)
It was not your appeals to the P5+1 that halted the talks (they could not care less about Israels well-being), rather it was the French who were looking out for the interests of the Saudi's. When has France ever looked out for Israel?
19. israel does not have to say it will defend itself
milson   (11.10.13)
who on earth keeps saying we have the right to defend ourselves-bibi keeps saying it out of insecurity. Of course isreal will not only defend itself but also attack if necesary. Even if US says no, israel will do what it has to do. So shut up about we have theright. of course we have thereight,w hy say it? Are you a dzimmi, a cowward. Shut up already. and no more concessions!
20. LOL AND THE WORLD LEADERS LISTEN TO YOU
David ,   On this planet   (11.10.13)
Let me remind you that you are having a bad deal here at home .send Livni packing
21. Agreed, #1
Cameron ,   USA   (11.10.13)
If a deal is struck, Net will simply bow the head & roll with it. What else can he do? Israel does not have the ability to close the Persian matter. If the US ultimately declines to attack, then no one will attack.
22. bibi god bless you-world leader
miriam ,   israel   (11.10.13)
23. #13 - Thank you, B3!
Devorah   (11.10.13)
24. #14 - Noodles
Devorah   (11.10.13)
Thank you, Noodles! This idea of cherry picking locations to hit makes no sense because it still leaves Iran with the ability to get up and running way too soon. I would prefer to see localized radiation in Iran than in Israel. And let's not forget that there are other ways to level their facilities as well. Regardless, Israel has a big bag of tricks, and Iran would never know what hit it until it was too late.
25. #12 The track record shows
Jake   (11.10.13)
if Israel really intends to act, it doesn't wait long and doesn't bring up the issue in the media. Just look to the strikes against the Syrian weapons for reference.
