Although the French still have their pro-Arab bias, Hollande has done some good things, stepping up where Obama has cowered. He led the fight to increase sanctions on Iran as well the campaign to oust Qaddafi. He was also supportive of blacklisting Hezbollah, even though it may have hurt France's ties with Lebanon. And of course he deserves credit for saving the world from a bad deal with Iran. It seems he want better ties with Israel.
