Everyone knows the peace talks are doomed to failure, not because of settlements but because Abbas has to refused to compromise on return of so-called "refugees" issue which would spell the end of Israel. The ersatz "Palestinians" were never serious about negotiations -- they want to supplant the State of Israel; not co-exist peacefully with the State of Israel, which could do so much for them. The ersatz "Palestinians" would rather cling to their implausible fantasies and invented history than face reality. So, I think the State of Israel has tried hard enough, and made enough concessions -- without receiving any in return from Abbas & Co. -- and it is time for the ersatz "Palestinians" to fold up their tents and leave. In fact, Israel should help them. Annex Judea and Samaria -- and then Abbas can stamp his little foot and have his temper tantrum far, far away from Eretz Israel. I cannot imagine who would be so foolish as to take them in (ask the Jordanians, the Lebanese, the Tunisians, the Saudis, the Kuwaitis, the Omanis and several other nations who have unceremoniously booted them out). Of course, Jordan doesn't really have a choice, what with the ersatz "Palestinians" holding Jordanian citizenship. But that would not be the State of Israel's problem, any more than it was Poland's or Czechoslovakia's problem about what would happen to the nearly three million ethnic Germans who were unceremoniously booted out following World War II, or then-Yugoslavia's problem about what would happen to the one million ethnic Italians who were booted out of Italy.
