Israel cant make peace with its neighbors as it cant even make peace between Israelis Religious v seculars. A civil war is most likely as seculars are sick and tired of the Harideem and fanatical settlers, then we can think about peace with out neighbors, which in my opinion wont take place in the next 100 years or so.
