Israel never threatened anyone with a nuclear bomb. It is thanks to Israel's nuclear deterrent, that for the last 40 years its neighbors have been reluctant to wage a major war on it. This is also the reason why in 1991 Saddam did not dare fire chemical warheads on Israel. He knew better.
