The Iranian Jews are right. When Iran becomes a nucler power Israel's nuclear power goes down to zero and cannot be used on other countres. and that's what happened to the United States, France and Great Britain as soon as the Soviet Union and China became nuclear.

Even if this was arranged by the government, I have little sympathy for them. They should've left before the Islamic revolution along with the other thousands of Persian Jews that migrated to Israel.

You are wrong. Israel's nuclear power is in no way diminished by Iran acquiring nuclear weapons. Since the only use Israel has for it's nuclear arsenal is as a last resort (read: Israel is defeated, the state destroyed, salt the earth, leave nothing for your enemies) tactic, the only thing that Iranian nukes change is the clock. It brings the nuclear devastation of the whole of the ME (and maybe Europe and the US) that much closer.

When I see members of neturei karta demonstrating I see no sadness but self righteous hatred bordering on glee. In these pictures of Persian Jews I see fear mixed with a desire to maintain dignity in an impossible situation. May they know freedom in their lifetime and understand that their Jewish brothers and sisters love them none the less.

Yes you're right, I do not know each person's individual basis for staying. However, just as in WWII when European Jews witnessed the ever rising anti-semitism prior to the holocaust they chose to stay. The reason I exist is because my descendents decided to leave Europe prior to the holocaust and move to the land that was promised in the bible. The reason g-d promised Jews the Land of Israel is so that we would not face pogroms and genocide.
