1. Celebrate Aliya
Joel Yosef Busner ,   Afula, Israel   (11.26.13)
Instead of preaching assimilation, try preaching aliya and live like a real Jew and stop emulating Gentiles.
2. Turkey
Felicity ,   Stockholm   (11.26.13)
Turkey's not a kosher bird. We only eat birds that we have a mesorah for. And Turkey's an american bird, so a mesorah would be impossible.
3. Who's in charge? Pope Joel or Pope Felicity?
Israeili Jew ,   Israel   (11.26.13)
MYODB So many talkbackers need to heed that advice
4. Oh Felicity in Stockholm
Jean-Pierre ,   Holon, Israel   (11.26.13)
I guess kosher slaughtering (shehitah in our hebrew language) does not exist in your country and you never saw a kosher turkey. On your next or 1st trip to Israel make sure to enjoy this delicious bird served in 1001 ways. Mesorah, shmeshorah, turkey is even healthier than lamb. By the way, we call it Tarnegol Hodu (la-chem). Sounds very much like Thanksgiving.
