31. Mark @26: “One cannot occupy one's own country”.
Steve Klein   (11.27.13)
32. Americans have no clue about what is in the agreement,
naro ,   nyc   (11.27.13)
How can they be polled about something they know nothing about. The White House even lied about the content of the Geneva agreement and released a bogus version.
33. Americans forgot Pearl Harbour & 9/11
Alan ,   Canada   (11.27.13)
Most American do not realize that a democracy can never trust a dictatorship to respect a deal that truly reduces its power. By definition, despotic regimes cannot survive without demonstrating to their own restless people that their might is invincible. Any sigh of true weakness is a mortal danger. Dictators must always be victorious. Ask Napoleon I & III, Kaiser Wilhem II, etc... People are temporarily happy to kick the can down the road. They may eventually regret letting rogue states pursue their hegemonic ambitions.
34. 44% Americans support Iran deal
LB ,   USA   (11.27.13)
Well, not THIS American! This just looks like the 44% are JUST as cowardly as the president they follow! That must be the 44% that put the idiot back into power for the 2nd term so they can get their free healthcare, food and cell phones! True Americans aren't afraid to fight enemies of our country who fund terrorists and murder Jews and Christine! True Americans FOUGHT in wars to defend the rights of human beings and conquer tyrants like Hitler. They don't kiss the feet of those who cry out "Death to America" after 9-11 of which these people helped fund! What is the MATTER whither tis country? Obama has taken us down to the lowest depths and I wonder if we will ever recover! We look like a bunch of whimps to the rest of the world, including Iran!
35. My old man says that Jews are to blame for all world wrongs.
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (11.27.13)
36. not a surprise
michel ,   Ashkelon   (11.27.13)
The american people are misinformed and intoxicated by the administration propaganda, so they can`t evaluate correctly what is going on.
37. MISGUIDED RESULTS
MAHMOOD ,   LONDON-UK   (11.27.13)
Who is expected to believe in these polls? What exactly are we being made to understand? The very Government is governed by a lobby of the Zionists who are doing their best to upset the present deal with Iran. The most likely scenario will be Persian Gulf to create that mischief.
38. No.7 Sarah B. Tel Aviov/London
Ezra ,   Florida   (11.27.13)
Sarah, you disappointed me. I ALWAYS look for your TO THE HEART OF THR MATTER comments. You are the ICONIC commentator on behalf of Israel. Thus I have 2 questions for you: 1- How could you not understand that the 500,000 so called settlers are the main defense line for Israel, in the midst of the would be "Palestinian=Jew-free-state"? 2-When you signed "Sarah B. Tel Aviv/London" didn't you mean "Tel Aviv/Mecca"?
39. "Peace for our time"
Rivkah F. ,   Jerusalem   (11.27.13)
The British cheered Chamberlain when he returned from Munich and sold out Czechoslovakia to Hitler. He waved a piece of paper and pronounced "Peace for our time." Churchill said it was an "unmitigated disaster" and so it was and there was both dishonor and war. Americans were isolationist and Roosevelt was anti-Nazi but had could not even start rearming until after Pearl Harbor. The popularity of appeasement and concessions for a phony peace with a totalitarian country repeats itself today. Fooling almost all the people some of the time... Don't believe it for a minute.
40. #35
EG ,   NY NY   (11.27.13)
Was your old man saying this while riding the back end of goat..your day of conception.
41. Poll says US supports Geneva deal
Richard Irving ,   San Jose USA   (11.27.13)
I have no doubt that polls here show US support for the Geneva deal, just like the British public overwhelmingly approved of Neville Chamberlain's 1938 Munich agreement with Hitler. The lesson is clear: public support does not correct the Geneva error, which will prove disastrous both for Israel and the US.
42. #40. You got it right.
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (11.27.13)
43. #38 Ezra
Sarah B ,   Tel Aviv/London   (11.27.13)
1. The settlers are not the first line of defence for Israel, the Israeli Defence Force, the Israeli Navy Force and the Israeli Air Force are Israel's first line of defence. The settlers are parasites, usually with a second passport who will leave when the money, and their pampered way of life stops. 2. No I meant Tel Aviv/London
44. #33. We haven't forgot USS LIBERTY
(11.27.13)
45. 65% say attack if U.S. threatened,but 50% say defend Israel
bob k ,   orlando usa   (11.27.13)
Lots of %s. 44% support the agreement (how many know what it says?) 22% are against. While 65% say only attack Iran or anyone else if US directly threatened but 50% say US should use force to defend Israel from any attack. No-one trusts Iran and less than 40% trust Obama the incompetent. He does not want to order an attack on Iran and probably would not - it would be 'Obama's war'.. Israel's defense is in its own hands which is the best place in the end,
46. 19# We already Rue the Day.
Steven Wilson ,   Anchorage, Alaska   (11.27.13)
Obama is a little child running a superpower into the gutter. We might as well have Mugabe running the country.
47. #46 But as long as types like #2 get to
Logic ,   Israel   (11.27.13)
bask in the feeling of schadenfreude when Israel gets screwed, who really cares about living in a safe and successful country?
48. Israel Will Not Attack Iran
World Citizen ,   the world   (11.27.13)
Face it, all of the threats are bluster. Israelis talk tough but they really don't have the stomach for casualties. Israelis won't be bombing Hezbollah or Hamas if they try to attack Iran. Iran has a modern army and air force. Plus Iran has Russian S300 and maybe even S400 missle defence systems. I am very sure the Russians would love to see their modern weapons in a field trial against your F15s and F16s. Netanyahu knows this. He is also a politician and politicians love to stay in power. Can you imagine how bad his ratings would be if he lost a couple of F-16 pilots?
49. # 44 Something for you to remember...
Eaglebeak ,   Left Coast, USA   (11.27.13)
The U.S.S. Liberty was a CIA run spy ship in a war zone transmitting information to the enemy. If they didn't like the heat they should have stayed out of the kitchen.
50. The big Satan has become a little whimp....
Chris Rettenmoser ,   Bayerisch Gmain Germ   (11.27.13)
51. 591 respondents..big deal!
Benji ,   US   (11.27.13)
Limited survey and perhaps focused on Obama supporters told to sit home and answer the phone. Poll has no credibility and does not represent American public.
52. No.44:you forgot the humiliation of the US embassy takeover
Alan ,   Canada   (11.28.13)
The US administration is dealing with the fanatic despots of Iran as if they were gentlemen. Americans seem to have, like you, forgotten, among other things, the 444 day hostage taking of US Tehran embassy staff in 1979-1981. You should not disregard the possibility of some other unpleasant trick in the future from such respectable people as these peace loving Ayatollahs always seeking for a truce in Syria, Lebanon, Irak & wherever terrorism is endemic.
53. Don't believe the " polls"
Jo ,   Franklin TN. USA   (11.28.13)
The "polls" are as rigged here in the US as our elections. I truly believe the number of Americans is MUCH higher than 33% who are against the "deal" our satanic gov. made with Iran. Conservatives are NEVER asked to participate in a poll - so there you go - RIGGED. G_d bless Israel.
