And in this case: Evryone,of the three "parties" employer,ex-employee,court,have their own viewpoints. This would be a matter for a private "dick" detective rather than for a judge,at first.I want to know the political viewpoint of the Palestinian and of the Israeli (probably or possibly only maybe Jewish) Employer. This is not "irrelevant" at all.At first,we can not judge because of only those political stances of the parties. That would be biased, abusive. Was the Palestinian employed one a good worker, who tried his best and went to lengths and did what his employer wanted,or not.Was the employer's notice justified, did it have its sound reasons, which cry out to the heavens, or not. Also in the westbank, anyone employed, Jewish or Arab, must receive all benefits, of course, if the employment is not temporary as by contract, but permanent, defined as such, this is central european law, at least, which I know. I think it's all abusive, all rejections of decisions by others here.Neither the two parties, nor the court should appeal or reject appeals. This only polarizes people and confirms their own viewpoint. We need communication.Where we understand anything,no commands,no force is needed anymore for anyone to agree to something.Israeli smaller bizzes are not so rich and could be driven into bankrupcy,if suddenly they should pay enormous sums to employees. This must be taken also into consideration, dear Rabotai. Chochme (jiddish for smartness or even wisdom) simply means surrounding the truth by analysis of poly-,multi-structural kind. :)
