1. So the problem was not that the speeder could have killed ..
Ehud   (12.21.13)
...someone, or caused otherwise casualties in a multiple car wreck? The problem was 'a serious diplomatic incident' if a corrupt Palestinian has-been-politician would have received a ticket?

3. Shame!!!
Abraham Nachmias ,   Petach Tikva IL   (12.21.13)
So in name of "status quo" this arab is free to do whatever he wants because we are afraid they may get angry? I understand then that he is above the law and that for the State of Israel we are second class people and this "person" is in a higher class! Shame on us!!!
4. No senior official but another official thief
Palestinian ,   Jerusalem   (12.21.13)

8. Palestinian "civilization"
Sarah B ,   U.S.A./Israel   (12.21.13)
Beside their fondness for terrorism and racism, now the invented people seems to love breaking the law on the roads. Why don't they organize a one way drive toward Jordan??
9. Throw his ass in jail!
James   (12.21.13)
There's no reason why he should be exempt from following the law- especially when it endangers others.
10. Everything threatens peace to Palestinains.
Jacob ,   US   (12.21.13)
Is there nothing that doesn't threaten peace to them?

14. # 11 and 13
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (12.21.13)
To number 11, none wants these clowns here. But, you know, the road is always smooth toward Amman. Number 13, unlike you, we don't love to use rocks toward people. It's your people who likes using Human shields or fostering terrorism.
15. typical arabs usually think they're above the law

17. to 1 - only the driver
.   (12.21.13)
the former palestinian prime minister was not driving, he is in the passenger seat. the hebrew article mentioned the driver gave his details and will be put to trial.

Fake Sarah B. strikes again.
19. #17: Nope
M. Davison ,   Ra'anana, Israel   (12.22.13)
Nowhere in the article will you find a statement that the driver will be put on trial. An international convention has it that when a person with diplomatic immunity is in the vehicle, he/she is the one in control and should tell the driver to obey the local traffic laws. However, Mr. Qureia doesn't have that excuse, since he is no longer a serving member of the Palestinian Authority and doesn't have diplomatic immunity.
20. Luxus car
olavi ,   espoo, finland   (12.23.13)
Where did that man get the money to buy expensive car when poor palestinians are suffering? Maybe EU money helps. It has helped all the thieves to live luxyry life.
