Just as I wouldn't work in a cigar bar because I couldn't be around the smoke all the time, I would expect muslims to not work in a job that would bring them in contact with things they cannot be around. However, a lot of them move into areas and expect those places to change for them. If you want to work in a retailer like that, you should work only in places where you fit into the job. Do not expect the job to fit into you. If your beliefs impact other people, do not expect your environment to change for you. If you still want to practice your beliefs you need to live with the cost on yourself. You're not drinking the alcohol and the pork is all packaged so you're not touching it. Deal with it.
