31. A factual not an emotional problem.

Clearly almost all of the 'self-described 'refugees', mostly Moslems, had to pass through Egypt to reach Israel! They all found refuge from Sudan, Eritrea etc in Arab, Moslem Egypt but they rejected Egypt for Israel! That is a compliment. However, Israel cannot be the final destination of Africa's tens of millions of poor people, Even gigantic USA cannot be the home of all of Latin America's poor. Part of the original fault lies with Israel for not putting up a barrier sooner against infiltrators of all kinds because Egypt was opposed to it. Mubarak is now gone and Egypt is more dangerous so the fence is going up. That will stop the influx at last. As for the approx. 67,000 illegal Africans in Israel, they cannot integrate into Israel, they are not accepted by the Arab communities and they want to work only in the main cities. But they have no women to be with hence the rapes and assaults against so many Israeli women. \Israel has fed, clothed, medically treated and housed these people. Now we have to put reason ahead of emotions. These are not like the Jews who fled Europe and the Moslem world for their lives. They are mostly economic migrants who must go home and make their own countires better. Israel cannot solve the world's problems.
32. The fact that thousands of infiltrators can hold a protest -
Alan ,   SA   (01.08.14)
proves only that Israel is powerless to do anything about a meagre 10 000 mostly male infiltrators., which is a FIFTH or a SIXTH of the total estimated number before "Family Reunification gestures"The guests are ruling the roost and calling the shots! Who is the boss of Israel? They got into Israel without permission and now they want to get into the Knesset without permission. Now I see that Kerry plan speaks of 80 000 to 200 000 Pal refugees.AFTER Israel has ceded J and Sh to the Hamas precursors, Ie Abbas Chevra. The ISIS /ISIL is banging at the gates on the East and North-East border of Israel I read that the Pal Camps like Nablus etc are no go areas for BOTH Abbas PA forces an Israel forces. So whats going on please?

More excuses for the world to be anti-Semitic. The more you only whine about and bar "coloreds" without dealing with illegal whites, YOU are part of the problem. Enjoy

these were precisely the reasons pharoah gave to kill all the male jewish children.it is based on human nature to fear differences.our sense of justice and mercy for these victims must prevail over our fears.many of these people have lost their lives already.there blood would be on our hands.
36. #27 one would think that as an Eilati you'd know better
Tahl   (01.09.14)
With the thousands of Africans that roam the streets of Eilat and scare away the locals, and take all the low-paying jobs, one would think you'd realize the magnitude of the problem. These people do not deserve anything from the state of Israel. The vast majority of them are not "refugees" and as such should be deported. But apparently your head is deep in the sand.
37. #35 Feel free to host these "refugees" in your Toronto home
Tahl   (01.09.14)
Preferably together with your daughters, since they came mostly men, and have been sexually starved for years. And pay for their healthcare and education yourself. Not on my tax money.

25% of Israel's population is non-Jewish, yet they enjoy equal rights, as appropriate in a democracy (and sometimes even preferential rights - such as not having to serve in the military, building freely on state-owned land, or having to pay less taxes). Israel, being a unique country which was defined as a refuge to the world's Jewry, defined its immigration laws so that every Jew is welcome. If you are a non-Jew, then you can still immigrate but it will be more challenging (similar to all Western countries). I want to become a Swiss citizen, will Switzerland give me citizenship if I go there? How will the US treat me if I come without a visa? As for the "religious litmus test" - if this test was good enough for the Nazis to determine who will go to the gas chambers, then it is only appropriate to use this same test to determine who is eligible for refuge.
