No assumptions, no preconceptions - perform a purely *scientific* inquiry (hopefully that is that achievable by our legal system/police). The tech is *innocent* till proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, although the circumstances don't look good for him. I fully expect the press (infotainment experts) to convict whoever/whatever brings more ratings.

and you still don't know the rule in Israeli's non-Jewish heartless courts: "Guilty until proven innocent". One can languish in Israel's prison for years until they'll finally realize that the person is innocent.
