To the Israeli authorities if she has relatives in another arab country where she is willing to go to where is the problem and why involve the court? Its only if she wants to stay in Israel it should be a legal issue.

If she has relatives in another country let her go to them. How can you not feel sorry for her?

If Syrian citizens are to be treated in Israel the threat of legal action against the IDF must be stopped. If people are asking for asylum or transfer to a 3rd country it creates a new dimension to aid Help is given to all from Syria regardless of political or tribal background and then returned quietly. Making a stand and forcing asylum or transfer claims puts Israel in the frame and damages it future aid to others
6. to Syria or to another Arabic country

We, our services, can make verifications if the girl can be sent to Syria, where she has family members, or not. Maybe, the girl was a part of a family that was targeted because they were or Sunni, or Alawi or affiliated to the Hizb Al-Ba'ath. There are enough communications lines - diplomatic or not - to know the truth or to find out if the girl can be sent to that Arabic country (even it's Irak). If that country accepts her, then send her there. But, don't keep her here. She didn't ask it! But, her lawyers did it, allegedly until the end of the procedure.... PS: from Arabic-Islamic point of view she's an adult !
7. Interesting situation

Firstly, Kol Hakavod to Israel for taking in people who have been brought up to hate you. I can understand fully the reasons the girl wishes to stay- who wouldn't ? It is imperative that she is kept in Israel until she can be safely reunited with her family and if this is not possible, she is a genuine refugee unlike the influx of economic migrants the country has seen recently. Israel has the same responsibilities as other countries when it comes to victims of terror. If the world had been so considerate in the 30's perhaps millions of Jews would have been spared Nazi Germany.
8. Very simple

Transfer is only possible if she is fully recovered, transfer to syria - which is a country at war - is out of the question. She requests to be send to another country, fine! I don't see an issue here except that this had to be in the media. Better for her remaining family members that this is kept out of the media.
9. great opportunity

To israel showing its face to the world by giving assylum to her.
