What this lady failed to mention is what part of population is responsible for antisemitism is Malmo. Since city of Malmo has a highest proportion of Muslims versus non-Muslims in Europe excluding Albania, perhaps the author could have considered mentioning the fact well known to all swedes it if desired to sound credible to this audience. Otherwise her blame of antisemitism can be viewed as directed towards ordinary Swedes, a known to her misrepresentation of facts.

You cannot blame all the violence on the Muslims. The fact is that the native Swedes, mostly but not entirely on the left, who dominate the media, have whipped up this anti-Israel and anti-Semitic hatred. Furthermore, the Swedish authorities (namely former Malmo mayor Reepalu, the mad Estonian) are not Muslim, and do nothing to curb this hatred.

Good question. In the late 30s, Sweden was, by and large, an insular and xenophobic country, that denied sanctuary to war refugees. During the war, this changed. Not only were the Danish and Norwegian Jews accepted and given sanctuary, a good load of Estonians, and Finns, were too. It was realized that a terrible mistake had been made in refusing sanctuary to German Jews before the war, and, this realisation has lead to a generous refugee policy. Hungarians, Czech, Poles, Chileans, Polish Jews have been accepted, in 1968 Sweden was one of the few countries to accept the victims of the Polish pogroms. Came the troubles in the Middle East, came the ME Moslem (and other faiths) refugees. And that has landed us in the current position, with the Moslem antisemitism, and radical rightwingers who hate Moslems but no doubt can extend that to Jews as well. Then there are the leftwing "antisionists". This is just a short resumé, you understand.

Neither Swedish left wing anti-Israeli mass media nor neo nazies are antisimitic. The former are self hating racists, attacking Israelis as their own inner child on what they like to view as racism so as to feel better about themselves..
