The last incident that I know of was over four years ago when somebody wrote graffiti on a wall. The government immediately had it removed and said on the news that it was a disgrace and would never be tolerated. Portugal is the only country apart from Israel that offers Jews the right of return.

it's difficult to understand how cuts of 50 billion euros over 3 years will "revive the economy". perhaps it's a case of things working differently in europe, like in a mirror; here, politicians increase spending to strengthen the economy, but they also deny having mistresses. so i guess it all works out.
