Real bargain here, give them a state and all these perks but they give us nothing in return. A strategic location would be the Jenin area in the Northern West Bank. The Turks are investing in a large industrial city near the city, and the large tracts of flat farmland would add to the lucrative cargo catchment area, for produce, etc. Separately the airport could also serve as an alternative export airport for industries based in the lower Galilee, relieving congestion at Lod Airport. The possibilities for partnership are endless.

Palestine is fictional and EVERYTHING built in Judea and Samaria belongs to Israel. I suspect Bibi will soon be replaced by an Israeli P.M. who will have no trouble telling "Palestinians" what to do with their demands.

Looking more carefully at the photo mock up it appears to have some text in Ivrit. Is this the name if the Israeli architect and construction company? The runway or maybe its a taxi way is immediately opposite the terminal at 90 degrees to the main building . Not a very desirable location!
