1. Schulz is an agent of the Arabs !
Chris Rettenmoser ,   Bayerisch Gmain Germ   (02.14.14)
2. Jews good to their Arabs, Arabs will be good to their Jews
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (02.14.14)
...when the tables are turned.
3. #2 learn history - tables were turned before
(02.14.14)
And Arabs were not good to anyone - not even other Arabs. Look at Syria, Iraq and Egypt. How ignorant and antisemitic can you possibly be?
4. Don't blame Schulz
(02.14.14)
It is really unfair to blame Schulz: he used "facts" that he received from Israeli Jewish sources. As Nitzan Horowitz proudly said, Schulz's criticism of Israel was very mild compared to what Meretz has to say. How was Schulz supposed to know that Israel Jewish sources would give him false information to support Fatah propaganda?
5. crimes against humanity
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (02.14.14)
Arabs are committing crimes against humanity all over the Middle East. Arab Apartheid against women and gays, against infidels. Arabs wish to be ruled by Jews - some just don't have the luxury. Look at how cynical Um el-Fahm is - they want to stay in Israel and keep complaining instead of joining the Abbas. Golan Druze are happy they are not part of Syria, and Hamas in Gaza is happy they are not part of Egypt
6. I have a thought
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (02.14.14)
Reduce the "Palestine" Authority to the agreed Oslo quantities, and then when the predictable shouting starts, point to the Oslo Agreement. The Arabs start shrieking "Oslo Agreement" when they think it serves their purpose. We can do that when it DOES serve our purpose. The author, however, is quite correct. Mr. Schulz's abysmal ignorance is dangerous, to say the least. Israel's correction of his embarrassing mistake should take the form of reducing the "Palestinians" to the quantity of water specified in the Oslo accord. Can't wait to see the reaction in Europe -- what will they do? Criticize Israel for compliance with Oslo? Oh, I'll have a great deal of fun with that!
7. Data integrity
Hammer   (02.14.14)
In order to achieve data integrity Schulz should also mention water and beer consumption by Germans, and if it's higher than Israel (and I'm pretty sure it is) , to fix this! I wonder also what to do with other parameters as life expentancy for example: it's higher in Israel than in Balistan. Should Israelis be killed in age of 60 in order not to overtake Balestanians?
8. Bibi divest and let EU implode
Eric ,   canada   (02.14.14)
God is with us. Europe will bear the consequences about going against jewish people. If EU boycotts start a massive movement of jews to remove all assets from there and expose EU hypocrisy. Bibi , look east , Asia , Jspan , China never was against jews. Diversify Israeli trade not to be dependent on this EU corrupt and soon imploding nation
9. Yes, but
European ,   Union   (02.14.14)
the water arrangements of 1995 were only meant to be valid for 5 years. Now it's 20 years later and the situation is a different one. That's why your argument is only half-true and your statistics as well, just as Mr. Schulz' numbers weren't worth too much. And that's the problem: both sides, Israelis and Palestinians, aren't honest and that makes it difficult to get objective and neutral information.
10. SCHULZ SAID HE DIDNT PROOF IT, WHERE IS THE PROBLEM?
EU   (02.14.14)
A friend you can not talk about serious topics without he is directly embarrased and start to insult is not a friend! Israel must not wonder why it has so little real friends in the world if it behave like this to its allies!! Kindergarten! Btw a german word, perhaps you better stop to use words of this "awfull" language, as it has been said, without the Germans being mad now! Maybe they should..
11. The unfortunate mistake was
Shalom ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (02.15.14)
for Schulz to ask and the Israeli side to agree to let him speak in German. Not because nobody should be allowed to speak German (ridiculous given that. Israel's navy has been built up by Germany) but because hardly anyone, including those who comment on Ynet, knows what he said. The speech included passionate praise of Zionist that puts lukewarm Israelis to shame. And loud admiration of Israel's achievements and unswerving commitment to Israel's right to exist. All this has been ignored because of one remark that he threw in at the last moment, quoting Palestinian youth he had just met about their water.
12. #2, Like the Arabs are to their Christians?
Jake   (02.15.14)
and fellow Moslems?
13. #4 Schulz himself said his source was palestinian.
Jake   (02.15.14)
14. #5, is mine. I wholeheartedly approve the comment.
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (02.16.14)
15. Shultz knew all along what he said: Abbas told him
(02.16.14)
Shultz not a little full. He knew exactly what to say. I was in Univ. of Chicago when one Jew intruduced "palestinian" whom Israelis cut all fingers. This "palestinian" came on stage and show all his hands with all fingers and became laughing. Jews inthe room also begun laughing; the "palestinian" cheated Israelis. He became a hero in the room, because he cheated the "ocupatation". So all was a lie. But you can lie to "ocupants". Nobody, even me, said nothing because we were afraid that arabs will kill us on campus. Terror works.
16. Sshultz knew exactly what he was saying but
(02.16.14)
he was shure that Jews wouldn't reply and would not make any noise. The speach was written in Germany before he came to Israel. He thought that Jews are very weak.
