If the Danes really cared about animal rights, they would ban the mass killing of dolphins by the Faroe Islanders --and they would have stopped the senseless killing of a young giraffe this week in the Copenhagen zoo--and they would forbid hunting-- which often leaves animals maimed.

danes have nothing to talk about. They are busy killing healthy giraffes to save space in the face of offers from others to take them to other parks or zoos. The danish concept is they want to prevent inbreeding. Moving the giraffe/s in quesiton will avoid that. Instead they slaughter the animal and feed it to the lions while young kids are watching. This is essentially what the nazis did, you bloody cowards.

This has got to be the farce of the year. Denmark, the same country which allowed a young giraffe to be culled due to "scientific" reasons now thinks it needs to protect babies from being circumcised? Surely this country has other issues - REAL issues - to worry about.

Because Muslims dont buy prepackaged halal meat and dont have special halal factories like jews have kosher ones. Muslims rather buy locally farm slaughtered HALAL meat. Danish govt has no jurisdiction or knowledge when an animal is slaughtered in halal ways. let me teach u something new Muslims when slaughtering a lamb, for example, we put lamb's ears over their eyes which makes lamb completely at peace and no need to tie it up. The lamb is relaxed and lays down perfectly with only need of 1 finger keeping the ear over their eye. We make small prayer and its done quickly. Kosher meat is clean according to Islamic standards so we don't worry about banning kosher slaughters.
