they will find it is unconstitutional because the US government can NOT restrict people's right of free expression and using economic tools are very constitutional - ask the southern state how badly they lost when they tried to stop civil rights boycotts. As for transnational companies, they can and will easily pull out of Israel if it effects their bottom line. The transnationals can easily find equally good human brains all over the world or even move the Israeli brains to other parts of the globe (for example using H1B visas to move them to the USA)
