The whole Old city was cordoned off to traffic and the shops were all closed this morning. Several shops in the New city were also closed.

why would someone come now and say that he was threatened with blowing up the whole building? why did not he go to police? maybe this person is looking for money with the blood of his family?...how tyoical, isnt it?....
