There is a good chance that some of the oil Israel buys is actually Iranian oil after it has been "white-washed" through the market place. Iran is currently selling their oil at a discount from the global benchmark of about US$100/bbl, so anyone that wants to make a nice profit, buys Iranian oil and resells it to Israel at a premium because Israel typically pays MORE that the global benchmark. This is a good deal for both the Iranians and Russia.
